Creating the final visuals

As part of the development process it was important that I really thought about my final designs and how they would appear on the products, therefore it was important i thought about the colour and overall composition.

Playing around with ideas and composition

Below shows my experimentation with the composition and how it could be used to create the final piece. After completing a range of developed thumbnails I wanted to play around with he actual digital images to see how they would looked further developed and sat together.

Below shows an more pattern style images with hidden animals that act as thought they blend in amongst the foliage, this contrasts to the second in which i tried to create a more of a scene. I did like how the second looked however didn’t feel it would work for the notebook that i was intending for. I therefore worked on the third idea of keeping with the idea of pattern design and looking at how it could be used. I decided to focus on a more intense design with smaller aspects and busier overall look.

I liked the overall ide a however I felt the overall design appeared to heavy and would take away room the overall look and idea.

Notebook

Below shows my final visuals for my notebook in which i chose to do a similar composition as the first piece however adding a white border to help add a sense of purpose to the product. I particularly liked the text and as i eel it has fun childish effect which goes with the overall design.
